Project Overview
This 95,000 SF, three-story expansion of Rowan University's College of Engineering sits at North Campus Drive and Bowe Boulevard, connecting to the existing Rowan Hall via an elevated third-floor bridge. The new facility supports interdisciplinary STEM education with state-of-the-art wet and dry labs, flexible classrooms, maker spaces, and student collaboration areas. A two-story wing includes dining, study, and gathering spaces that open to outdoor project labs, promoting hands-on learning. We fabricated and erected all structural steel for this project, enabling the construction of a modern academic environment designed for innovation, flexibility, and research-driven collaboration.
